INTERNSHIP OFFER (Communication & Marketing): Coordinator & Content Creator

Tasks Description:

The intern will support the marketing manager at TAIGA with various marketing projects, including web and social media efforts. Main responsibilities include:

DIGITAL TOOLS (WEB and SOCIAL MEDIA)

  • Create content/visual design on Canva in alignment with brand guidelines and target audiences across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest) including Reels, Stories, posts, etc.
  • Design promotional content for promotions, contests, and events.
  • Manage content from ambassadors, partners, and external photographers.
  • Write bilingual lifestyle and promotional content.
  • Maintain and manage a publication calendar.
  • Develop consumer newsletters.
  • Execute the digital tools strategy.
  • Update website content.
  • Provide recommendations for website and social media management.
  • Create content (photos/videos) on-site during events or activities.
  • Share knowledge and promote our mission and boating safety through social media activities (blogs, videos, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and social media activations.
  • Continuously monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing and social media, proposing innovative ideas to enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on social media to identify industry best practices and differentiation opportunities.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS / PROMOTIONS
  • Develop communication tools to promote products.
  • Coordinate consumer contests and promotions with various collaborators (visual creation, text writing, regulations, etc.).
  • Coordinate special events or projects such as collaborations or trade shows.
  • Perform other tasks related to team support (e.g., creating guides and procedures, studying the competition, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration (Marketing option).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
  • Mastery of social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Creativity and good artistic judgment.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Previous experience in the sports sector or retail is a plus.
  • Bilingual (fluent in written French and English).
