We offer a 30-day return policy on all regular or promotional priced items purchased within 30 days. No returns on discounted items.

TAIGA is committed to selling high-quality new products. Therefore, items must be returned in their original condition with attached tags and packaging. No exceptions. If you are unsure whether the product you are returning is considered new, please contact us at info@taigaboard.com before proceeding with the return.

RETURN PROCEDURE: 

1. Click HERE to access your customer account and orders.

2. Select the order and item for the return, as well as the reason for the return.

3. You will receive a confirmation that your return request has been submitted and we will review it.

4. Repackage your item using the original packaging or similar packaging.

5. You will receive an email from us regarding the next steps and the Post Canada label*

*Our return fees are currently $14.99 plus taxes.

Discounted merchandise

Items purchased in the SALE section are final sale, unless the received item is defective or does not match its description on the site.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, unless required by law. All returned items purchased with a gift card will be refunded in the form of merchandise crediton a gift card.

In-store purchases/ KSF

TAIGA items purchased at KSF are subject to the store's return policy. Please check with the store for more information, shop.ksf.ca

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
