Hard Board Shipping Rates & Conditions:

• The shipping rates displayed online for hard boards are estimates only and cover the majority of serviced destinations. However, deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas, as well as international destinations, may incur higher shipping or customs clearance fees than our standard rates.
• All hard board orders are therefore subject to shipping confirmation. Before your order is shipped, TAIGA will verify the actual shipping cost with the carrier and contact you if a different shipping method or additional charges are required.
• Whenever possible, we will recommend the most cost-effective option, such as terminal pickup instead of home delivery.
• If additional charges are still required, they must be approved by the customer before shipment.
• If an agreement cannot be reached, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Procedure for Shipping by Mail:

• Double-check your shipping address before & after confirming your order.
• If you ordered a hard board, we’ll give you a call to coordinate delivery.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Once your order has been processed & shipped, the delivery time varies from 1–14 business days.
• Keep your tracking number, it will help you to follow your order and contact the carrier in case of additional delay.
