SHIPPING TO A TERMINAL

You're looking to purchase a hard board, but unable to collect it from our Montreal Warehouse?

What you Need to Know:

  • Orders are shipped from Montreal and will take between 2-5 days to be delivered to the selected terminal.
  • Wait for our team to contact you by phone or email with a pickup date.
  • You will have 2 business days to pick up your order once it arrives at the terminal. Additional fees ($20/day) will be charged in case of delay.   
  • Please note these are not Taiga Board warehouses. You cannot buy or exchange directly at these location.
  • We suggest you call the pickup location to verify business hours for pickups as they can differ.

Pick-up Procedure at a Terminal:

  • Show up at the opening hours of the terminal you have selected 
  • Have your order number and an ID 
  • Make sure you have the space and equipment to carry your purchase
  • Make sure your order is complete and in good condition, by signing the receipt you release the carrier from your shipping problem. 
  • If something is missing or damaged, tell the depot to make note of it, bring the items with you and contact us right away by phone or email. We will take care of the exchange or mistake as soon as possible.
