How to Assemble and Disassemble the Triple Action Pump for the Nano Zip Air

You’ve just bought a Nano ZIP AIR kit and want to know how to assemble and disassemble your compact pump to maximize the space in your carrying bag. 

 

ASSEMBLE 

STEP 1 

Take everything out of the pump bag included in your kit (pump, hose, stand, handle). 

STEP 2 

Screw both handles on to your pump. The rippled edge designed for a better grip should face down. 

 

STEP 3 

Connect the pump to the base and turn it clockwise to secure it in place. If properly installed, the two ends of the base should be aligned with the handles.  Take the time to place the rubber band under the base to prevent it from getting stuck when tightening the pump in place.

STEP 4 

To inflate your paddle board, attach the hose to the socket marked “inflate” on the triple action pump.  

 

DISASSEMBLE

STEP 1 

Unscrew the hose from the pump.  

STEP 2 

Remove the base of the pump by turning it counter-clockwise. 

STEP 3 

Unscrew the two (2) handles. 

STEP 4  

Use the rubber band attached to the base of the pump to slide it over  the pump. 

STEP 5 

Tuck the hose under the rubber band.  

STEP 6 

Secure both handles with the rubber band. 

STEP 7 

Place everything back in the bag.
