Saying I am "In love" is an understatement!

I am so madly in love with my new Borea 10’6” Root Collection paddle board from Taiga. Your company hit this one out of the park. I was impressed from the moment I unboxed it- visually this board is a work of art and the attention to detail and use of quality materials in present in every aspect of design and finishing features.

My first launch on a local lake here in Ontario did not disappoint either. She cruises like a dream. I was impressed with the stability, speed and maneuverability of this board. Wow!

My second paddle, after I had adjusted to the feel and ride style of the board on the lake, I took her out onto the big waters of Georgian Bay off of Lake Huron here in Ontario…. Wow-Wow-WOW! What a pleasure to paddle! Again, I was impressed with the stability and speed of this board. I got up to 12km/h with a heavy tail wind and some nice flowly waves- it surfed and cruised along so well. I have not experienced this on my previous hard board from another Canadian company. WHAT?!

I would 10/10 recommend this brand and this board to anyone looking to enter into the sport or for someone who is a well experienced paddler, looking for a new ride.

Also in love with my paddle and all the accessories I purchased. Everything is high quality and great value.

I now have my eyes peeled on the 12’6” expedition style boards by Taiga to add to the arsenal!

Je suis en amour. En amour avec ma nouvelle planche Taiga Borea Root. En plus de son design de bois trop sexy, sa glisse est sublime et que dire du son des vagues sur sa coque de bois...de la musique à mes oreilles. Et pour ajouter à l'expérience, les généreux conseils passionnés de Coco et le service à la fois professionnel et amical d'Arnaud étaient tout simplement exceptionnels! Mon prochain board?
